Retainer Based Services A monthly retainer to provide best practices based management, monitoring and support services for your IT environment. The principles of the bluedot●Framework are realized here and documented in the bluedot●Guidebook. You receive the benefits of a full-time IT employee’s efforts at a fraction the cost. The retainer fee will be based upon the size and infrastructure design of your organization.
Project Based Services Design and implementation of IT projects to fulfill business requirements and objectives. Cost is determined by the scope of each project and can be billed as either fixed-fee or projected hours.
Hourly Support Services Blocks of time or “as needed” hours may be purchased to meet your “Just-In-Time” support needs. Please see our rate sheet for more details.
